The Rubin Family of Wines is looking for harvest interns to help bring in the 2016 vintage. This position is primarily focused on crush pad and cellar work, though there will occasionally be vineyard sampling, lab work and other wine production duties. Must already be legally authorized to work in the USA. The ideal candidate will be someone who:
• has already done production harvest work
• is committed to the production of world class wine
• has the desire to learn the production end of the wine business
• has a get-it-done attitude
• is comfortable working with their hands and operating machinery, forklift experience a plus
• has mechanical aptitude to figure out operation, sanitation, and simple maintenance of processing equipment
• is comfortable working in an environment that can be noisy and wet
• is local to Sonoma County and has reliable transportation
• is able to lift and carry 50 lbs. and be physically capable of working on their feet
• is happy to work long hours and on the weekend
