Purpose of Position: Under the direction of the Director of Finance, this role provides assistance with office administration tasks, incoming phone activity, company promotions and advertising as directed and administrative support to the Company leadership team in their daily duties.
Qualifications: Strong English verbal and written communication, proven organization skills, tech savvy, i.e.: QuickBooks, SalesForce, Microsoft Office Suite, DropBox and basic PC computer skills, VOIP phone systems, Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator, promotion and marketing, executive assistant experience to include arranging travel and calendar helpful, wine industry experience helpful, US military experience preferred
Key Results Areas: Administration Support, Customer Interface, and Sales Support
Who we are: Winesecrets helps winemakers with a variety of outsourced wine production services both at our facility in Sebastopol, CA and at customer wineries all over North America. Our facility consists of a bonded winery and distillery. We are a small company which currently employs 15 people, several with military backgrounds. This is an office position and prospective employee may be the first line of contact with existing and potential customers.
