Position Summary:
The Production Services Manager interfaces with Production and is responsible for the forecasting and management of outside programs and delivery of all outside bottling services. This position facilitates private bottling, custom crush projects and other special projects. This is a customer service and project management position that works with everyone from management to support staff and production supervisors; therefore, strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial. Acute attention to detail is very important.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Acts as the liaison and support person to production services clients
• Manages all aspects of planning and delivery for private bottling and custom crush projects
• Provides demand plans for assigned projects to planners and schedulers regarding production activities
• Ensures the maintenance of cost effective and high-standard production
• Executes production plans working with the Private Label Sr. Brand Manager’s demand plan
• Supports client brands throughout the production process
• Maintains excellent customer relationships
• Works with the production department to facilitate the client’s demand plan
• Develops plans for expenditures for supplies and materials and reviews production orders
for accuracy
• Works as the customer liaison and presents new ways to improve efficiency or reduce costs
when appropriate
• Facilitates new project development for contract production services
• Works with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the company
• Keeps abreast of health and safety strategies
Qualifications:
• Expertise in project management
• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
• Ability to accept challenges, problem solve difficult situations, flag potential issues and
provide solutions
• Ability to work effectively with third party vendors both local and remote
• Proven ability of effectively communicating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of project management experience
• BS/BA in business administration, project management, communications or a related field
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Strong planning, negotiating and organizing skills
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills
• Experience with developing and managing budgets
• Capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks at once

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Microsoft office suite skills; solid Excel skills and database experience
• Wine or beverage industry experience a plus

Physical/Mental Requirements:
• This position may require some local or out-of-state travel to other facilities as needed
• Must be able to stand and walk as required by job duties
• Must be able to manipulate a computer keyboard
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
