Join a fun, dynamic and fast paced atmosphere at the Ledson Castle. Ledson Winery is seeking full and part time Customer Service and Sales Representatives for our retail marketplace.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide unsurpassed customer service to all guests
- Assist guests with wine and retail purchases
- Provide guests with information about our winery and products
- Fulfill will call orders for wine club members
- Cashiering
- Preparing cheese and charcuterie trays as needed
- Preparing sandwich orders as needed
Required Skills:
- Customer service oriented with outgoing personality
- Ability to assist customers and sell
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Able to follow direction and complete tasks timely
- Solid Computer skills or cashiering experience
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
- Pays attention to detail
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Over 21 years of age not required but a plus
Employment Requirements
- Full or Part time available
- Ability to pass drug screening and background investigation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and twist for the duration of an 8 hour shift
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Compensation:
- Hourly depending on experience
- Monthly commission based on sales (averages additional $2.00-$4.00 per hour)
- Wine club sign up commissions
- Gratuities
