Gold Medal Wine Club is an industry leading, internet based, wine-of-the-month-club, located in Santa Barbara, CA. We have provided highly-rated, small-production wines to our members for over 20 years. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative who is motivated to take on a variety of tasks; is reliable; self-motivated and has a positive, professional attitude. This position requires a high level of verbal skills, attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with multiple databases and websites. Duties include:
· Answer incoming Customer Service calls.
· Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
· Help customers place orders online.
· Take and enter customer phone orders.
· Assist with monthly database updates and changes.
· Assist with company Social Media updates and changes.
· A variety of other wine business related duties as needed.
Minimum Education and Experience:
· Minimum 2 years of superior customer service experience.
· A strong working knowledge of Websites, Internet and Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· A Bachelor’s degree.
Gold Medal Wine Club offers a casual and friendly work environment along with benefits and opportunity to increase responsibilities and income. The starting hourly range is $12-15/hr. depending upon experience.
