Central Coast vineyard management company seeks an Assistant Vineyard Manager for Santa Barbara County. Assists vineyard manager in daily farming operations consistent with budget and winery quality dictates on commercial wine grape operation.
BS in an Ag major with minimum 2 years vineyard and supervisory experience preferred, strong leadership, self-starter, interpersonal skills and good communication skills. Experience with seasonal, coastal workforce, vineyard construction and growing conditions helpful. Must be bilingual in Spanish. PCA license and mechanical experience a plus. Clean driving record and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is mandatory.
