The Castro Village Wine Company is looking for an outgoing and engaging part-time weekend Wine Bar and Sales position. We close at 9 p.m. so you can still have your evenings free. Knowledge of wine and spirits or a desire to learn about California wines is required. You will be responsible for serving guests, discussing and educating them on our wine selections, and stocking product. Our established Wine Bar attracts a fun group of long time regulars as well as new customers for our weekly flight along with wines by the glass. The environment is unprententious, easygoing and fun. It's a great way to pick up some extra money and/or start a career in the wine and spirits industry. We offer the largest selection of small production California wines in San Francisco. We offer a competitive hourly wage along with great tips from the wine bar. The store is conveniently located two blocks from the Castro Muni Station. Please submit your resume to apply.
