Gregory Condes Wines LLC (gcondeswines.com), a rapidly growing distributor of high quality, well-priced wines, is seeking an experienced account executive to manage and grow Northern California territory. This is a great opportunity for someone who truly appreciates quality wine. We’ve hand selected our portfolio to feature sought-after wines that are excellent representations of their terroir from California, Italy, and France. In addition to selling great wine, you will inherit existing accounts. You’ll also enjoy great sales tools, marketing collaterals, and a supportive and fun team environment . Earning potential is $75-$90k within the first year. Sales experience is a must, as is comfort calling on premier restaurants and retailers.
Job Description and Requirements
- Manage accounts including sales presentations, order placement and collections
- Create and execute a growth plan for the East Bay territory
- Achieve sales goals and placement objectives on a monthly basis
- Organize and conduct wine tasting events and wine maker dinners with restaurants and retailers
- Provide work itinerary and sales accomplishments to Sales Manager for monthly work-withs
- Perform additional special projects as required by Sales Manager
Candidate Qualifications
- Outside wine sales experiences 2+ years minimum
- Outstanding customer service
- Demonstrated excellence in growing accounts in high quality restaurants and retailers
- Currently have established accounts in East Bay (preferred)
- Professional, organized, with a positive attitude and have exceptional follow through with strong time management skills
- Competent in common computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Web
Salary Information:
Excellent commission that is at the high end of industry standards.
