Crocker & Starr Winery, St. Helena, has seasonal positions available for the 2017 harvest. Participate in every aspect of winemaking…join our very small team in our new winery and assist us with the processing of 100+ tons. We are looking for a happy self-starter, smart thinker, with acute attention to detail. Good taste in music and love of food and wine a plus!

Necessary Skills:

¶  Team work mentality, endurance to work long hours

¶  Reading, writing in English

¶  Standing, bending, lifting and ability to lift 50 pounds properly

¶  Attention to detail

¶  Ability to follow protocols

¶  Mindfulness and adherence to all safety regulations and protocol

 Desired Skills

¶  Mechanical aptitude

¶  Forklift driving

¶  Knowledge of winemaking processes and theories 

Time Frame: June/July through third week in November.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
