The Key Accounts Specialist (KAS) manages account calls and maintenance for all “key” accounts in Sacramento. The KAS’s primary responsibility is securing distribution, feature programs, and implementing region initiatives with key on premise buying groups in the area.
What You’ll Do:
- Recap all account calls to Region Manager (RM), District Manager (DM), Brewery Representatives (BR) and the Distributor (with self developed P & R Template)
- Execute all follow up either individually or through your local sales team
- Work directly with the RM and DM to manage on premise account support budgets (actively working to reduce spend)
- Work with DM to manage the allocation of radio buy
- Lead 1 team focus day per month
- Work with RM, DM, and Brand Development to develop market specific initiatives to drive on and off premise volume (custom pieces, POS, etc)
- Survey market with DM quarterly to discuss market needs
- Direct point of contact for Distributor Management team (BDM, Sales Manager, and On/Off premise route managers) for all issues concerning key accounts
- Quarterly ride with to be scheduled with each BR in market to identify opportunities and assist DM with training and development
- Quarterly ride with to be scheduled with On Premise National Account Manager
