Tres Sabores, widely recognized as one of Napa's most highly regarded "hidden gems", seeks an energized hospitality associate for a permanent, full-time position.

You will have a great deal of independence and responsibility, becoming a key member of a small hospitality team.  This position offers you the opportunity to build considerable expertise in wine education, certified organic viticultural practices, sales, wine club development, data management, and social media engagement.   

Our emphasis is on high quality wines and we take pride in providing highly personalized ranch winery experiences to visitors.  The winery is open by advance reservation only and we limit the number of guests scheduled at any one time. Hospitality associates build relationships with their guests as they conduct tastings with active, immersive tours.  

We offer scheduling flexibility, the atmosphere is collegial and cooperative.  At least one weekend day is required.  Associates must be able to lift and manuever cases, bottles of wine with ease

 

 

 

 

Hospitality associates are compensated on an hourly basis, depending on experience and skill set. Commission on sales and wine club sign-ups. Basic health insurance available after three months employment.
