We are a small family owned winery located in the heart of the Napa Valley in the famed Rutherford AVA. We have the extreme honor of owning some of the top vineyards in California and take great pride in crafting and delivering exceedingly sought after wines.

Having developed a reputation for producing world-class wines, we are seeking interns to join the production team for the 2016 harvest. Dedication and focus on wine quality, consistency and continuity of work, a strong work ethic, attention to details, dependability, capacity to work long hours, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a great attitude are of the utmost importance. 

Successful candidates should be punctual, have previous winery experience, be willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends, meet the physical requirements of the job, and possess the ability to follow specific instructions precisely. 

The internship will run from approximately September to mid-November, depending upon the season.

As a harvest intern you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of crush activities and have the opportunity to absorb and learn as much as you allow.
