We are looking for wine passionate, motivated individuals to sell wine to Restaurants and Retailers. You must have strong wine knowledge. You need to have strong organizational skills, and be self starter. If you are currently working in a high end restaurant and want to move into selling wine this is the job for you. You must be available 2 days a week Mon.-Friday and see 12-18 customers a week.
Wine Sales positions in the following areas: LA, Ventura, Orange County & Palm Springs/ surrounding desert cities.
Part Time: We prefer applicants that have a part time position in a restaurant. 2 days/ week visiting 12-18 accounts.
Full Time: Mon-Friday: Must be currently selling wine in these areas. Base, Commission, Car/Phone (visiting 30-40 customers weekly)

Job Summary
-Fine Wine Sales: To maximize the sale and distribution divisional of supplier brands to the trade and consumer through effective territory planning, selling, merchandising and communicating that permits achievement of company and supplier objectives.
Full Time and Part Time openings
General Accountabilities
-Sends all clients visited a recap of meeting via e-mail with Price book
-E-mails in a weekly Recap via e-mail with results: accounts seen, samples shown, and results of what was sold. Gas reimbursement. Due every Friday.
-Manages and grows existing accounts Sells additional Products to new clients
-Aids in process of obtaining new customer paperwork. New Customer form and Resale Certificate Required for all new customers.
-Aids in updating buyer contact and AP contact for accounts.
-Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients.
-Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services. Weekly Visits: Part time 12-18 customers-Weekly (required to work 2 days a week. Tuesday and Wed or Wed and Thursday from 10am to 6pm)
-Handles queries about company products and services
-Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products
-Plans for and attending trade shows to establish new business
-Plans and organizes wine events with Clients to promote products
-Implement and maintain up-to-date accurate records of sales, competitive activity and payment performances of all accounts in assigned territory.
-Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
-Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service
-Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers
-Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members
-Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
-Collects past due invoices
Skills
-Experience: 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

-Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs, outlook, Facebook, email, excel, word, and publisher.

Physical Demands
-Occasionally required to sit, walk, and Drive. Must have a Valid drivers license and maintain Car Insurance $100,000/$300,000 in automobile liability insurance and $50,000 in property damage at all times.
-Part time sales must visit 12 -18 accounts weekly
-Occasionally required to lift moderate weights (25-50 pounds)
-Participate in monthly meetings on Fridays at end or beginning of the month.
