Revive Kombucha is seeking hard-working, innovative Production Crew Members to contribute to the success of our fast-paced, dynamic production team. This is a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of manufacturing, help develop processes and see the rewards of your efforts as you grow with a local start-up. The Production Crew Member is a full-time position, pays $15/hour and is eligible for paid time off, paid sick leave, health, dental and vision insurance as well as free kombucha!
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age or older
Open and flexible availability: Early morning and Saturday shifts between 6am - 6pm
Strong communication skills
Work experience in a brewery, winery or commercial kitchen is a plus
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and integrity
Must be able to support and contribute to team goals
Punctual, reliable, dependable and organized
Ability to follow through on tasks
Ability to preserve confidential information
Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced production environment
Work with a sense of urgency and adhere to strict time frames and deadlines
Accuracy and attention to detail
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures
Adhere to safe work practices
Production area maintenance and organization
Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
Follow and comply with established procedures
Completion of daily task lists, check lists and job assignments
Collaborate as a team to maintain a positive and encouraging environment
Innovate as a team to improve our systems, processes and products
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Stand and walk for extended periods of time
Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders
Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat
Bend and lift loads
Push and pull carts
Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
Visually examine products for quality and safety
Work in a wet and cold environments
