About the Role:

Reporting to the Wine Information Supervisor you will provide support in maintaining the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of all data in the wine tracking system. About you:

You are collaborative, an effective communicator and have a desire to learn. You have proven experience as a wine information analyst, wine inventory analyst or similar related experience with wine tracking and management. Adapt to working in a small team in a larger environment, motivated and well-organized with a flexible approach to handling simultaneous and repetitive tasks while always maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent experience desired
• 3-4 years of bulk wine tracking, inventory or related experience required
• Must be able to calculate weighted averages and perform algebraic calculations
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading and writing)
• Broad understanding of wine-making processes
• Proven computer and software applications experience relating to wine tracking with good speed and accuracy; timely and correct administration of paperwork and maintaining logs
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional work ethic
