We are a small Wine Compliance and Bookkeeping firm based in Napa, California

 

We are searching for a competent person with suitable experience to fill the position of:

Wine Compliance Assistant

This person will help our Wine Compliance manager with monthly Excise Tax and Sales Tax reporting for numerous winery clients. In addition, this person will help in obtaining new Permits and licensing as well as renewals as requested by our clients.

We are looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, who is also computer savvy with knowledge of Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

Starting Hourly wage is $23.00 per hour, with a pay review after 3 months.

Some of your work will earn you an extra $5.00 per hour.

After 6 months you will receive an additional QSHERA $5,000.00 per year contribution towards your health costs, paid in bi-weekly installments.

Paid vacation will also be offered TBD.
