About the Role:

Exciting opportunity to be a leader in the tasting room and assist the Wine Club Ambassador in retention and conversions.  You will build relationships with our Wine Club Members, host private tours, and give private tastings in our Reserve Room and Founders Room, so excellent presentation skills are a must. This is predominately a floor position with some administrative responsibilities.  On the floor you are a proven leader and an educated asset to the team with extensive of knowledge around Napa Valley wines.  You will be responsible for growing enrollment in the wine club, staying up on competitors wine club offerings, and working cross functionally with our brand/marketing, events and winemaking teams. 

About You:

• Wine sales and tasting room experience
• Working knowledge of winery POS systems, calendar programs, Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude, communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic personality and positive attitude
• Organized
• Ability to excel in a changing environment
• Strong work ethic. This position must work weekends, some holidays and evenings - the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
• Appropriate career cycle for position – eager to excel and take on additional responsibilities and grow with the company
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs (a case of wine)
• Must have a clean professional appearance and able to represent TWE internally and externally
• 2 - 3 years in similar wine or retail sales role in hospitality industry essential
• Tasting room sales with success selling Wine Club memberships preferred
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required
