Wine Club Manager (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Join our winning team!  Manage a wine club community of over 6,000 people, as well as supervise wine club support staff.  Must be able to communicate effectively and work well independently.  This manager must possess a strong focus on long-term strategies and planning.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hospitality experience and an ability to create strategies and long-term goals for revenue, wine club membership growth, and product development.  Event planning for the wine club and successful execution of all club events is an important part of this position, as well as the timely processing and coordinating of all club shipments.

In addition, this position must manage the existing club membership database, create and monitor programs to reward and motivate staff for new member sign-ups and referrals.  Monthly performance reports to executive management will be required.  AMS experience is a plus.

Some weekend, evening and holiday hours required.

Position is available immediately.
