TASTING ROOM SALES ASSOCIATE (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Regusci Winery is a historic property dating back to the 1870’s and is home to one of the oldest farming families in the Napa Valley. Our goal is to create an unforgettable Napa Valley wine tasting experience for our guests through welcoming hospitality and over the top customer service. We are currently looking for a passionate, positive and enthusiastic team member to join our tasting room.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Host groups and provide tasting experiences.
  • Educate our guests on our unique history and share our story.
  • Sell our wines in a direct to consumer environment.
  • Encourage guests to join our Regusci Family of Wine Clubs.
  • Ability to sell over the phone, book reservations, provide top level customer service.
  • Must be driven, possess an outgoing personality, and have the aptitude to solve problems.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Focused, has a positive outlook, is enthusiastic and creative.
  • Takes initiative, is reliable, adaptable and a team player.
  • Must be able to work weekends & holidays.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience within the Wine Industry.
  • Must be computer literate and comfortable using iPad devices.
  • Must be over 21 years of age in order to pour wine.
  • Familiarity with Vin65 Point of Sale System is a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Full-time, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Requires Weekends.
  • Works at Regusci Winery in Napa, California.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (case of wine).
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Benefits package available after 90 days.
