Microworks Technologies, Inc. has exciting and challenging career opportunities with excellent growth potential for highly motivated and attentive Help Desk/Customer Service Representatives. We are looking for superstars to join our team in providing stellar support for our Wine Industry Direct-To-Consumer software.
Responsibilities include: Responding to customer questions via email and telephone, resolve open support tickets in a timely manner, insuring customer satisfaction, managing new accounts, training instruction, performing account wellness checks, writing FAQ’s, and providing clear and concise documentation.
Ideal candidates will have:
- · Experience with Point-of-Sale, Retail, Inventory, and Accounting
- · Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- · Familiarity/Knowledge of Wine Clubs preferred
- · Team player with a solution oriented mind-set
- · Positive attitude and a confident, outgoing personality
- · Self-motivated and a fast-learner
- · Excellent communication, critical-thinking skills, and exceptional attention to detail
- · Ability to establish excellent telephone rapport and gain customers confidence
- · Strong written and verbal skills: articulate and friendly
- · Willing to work on-call some weekends
