Service Delivery Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

About The Role

The role has been created to own and manage service delivery of consumer and commerce digital platforms and associated business operations and consumer experiences in the assigned business units to maintain a high level of service availability and minimise any business impact of technology incidents and problems.

You key responsibility will be in building and maintaining strong relationships with DTC, Marketing and Finance business owners, providing guidance in service management processes and strong stakeholder management between IT, business and third party vendor stakeholders. The role will also own the design and implementation of key service management processes integration to the existing IT Service Desk, application development and third party vendor teams.

About You

• You bring 8+ years of experience with the ability to maintain high performing service management
• Possess previous FMCG technology and/or eCommerce experience in a service delivery role is essential
• Wine industry experience in DTC highly desirable
• Experience working in an agile product development environment
• Experience with leading service management platforms e.g. ServiceNow and Remedy
• Recent working technical knowledge of CRM and ecommerce will be preferred 
• Experience at managing vendors / customers in a service deliver role
• Experience at designing, implementing and managing service delivery processes and systems
