Reports To: VP of Sales and Marketing for the NAW&S Group

Company: Multi-Color Napa/Sonoma provides label solutions for the North American Wine & Spirits market. We have multiple pressure sensitive presses featuring both offset and flexographic printing and include sheet-fed offset printing enhanced by a full complement of finishing capabilities including foil and embossing. Also included in our label offering is digital printing supported by sophisticated finishing techniques including foil, sculpted emboss and spot varnish effects.

Job Purpose: As an industry and market-segment expert, manage and maintain effective relationships, growing sales year-over-year, with assigned and new accounts. 
Account Executive Duties Include:

•  Lead the overall effectiveness of assigned customer relationships, including personal visits, account strategies, and strong relationships. Communicate account strategies internally to key stakeholders, including the Customer Service group and support their role in achieving the strategy.

•  Coordinate all activities and communications with assigned accounts and achieve metrics and expense budget. Analyze and provide sales forecast data as required. Proactively manage, communicate and hand-off to customer service and other key stakeholder’s new projects.

•  Lead the growth of assigned accounts by developing capability through leveraging technologies and people, including identifying and bringing new business and deepening account knowledge and relationships.

•  Provide input into the annual sales budget and monthly forecast. Exceed approved budgets for assigned accounts.

•  Work with Accounting and customers on escalated A/R issues and any other billing related matters. Ensure customer contracts are modeled after best practices.

•  Organize and manage internal resources to meet strategic, financial and growth objectives of assigned accounts.

•  Be proactive in learning and staying current on customers' business and markets, and industry trends.

•  Utilize and embrace best practice sales processes as established by the company

•  Build strong relationships with members of the organization and contribute to the goals and objectives of the other functional areas represented on the sales support teams.

•  Seek and bring in new business year over year

•  Model the Corporate Values and Principles. Conduct oneself in an appropriate and business-like and professional manner, building strong relationships both internally and externally.

Skills/Qualifications: 
•  Minimum 3-10 years of direct sales or account management relating to the wine or similar industries is required
•  BA or BS degree Preferred
•  Minimum of three years of marketing and sales planning experience
•  Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
•  Territory Account Management & Competitive Analysis experience 
•  A natural ability to understand customer needs and delivering on company promises 
•  Strong client relationships
•  Creative Services and Product Development
•  Ability to do some travelling on an as needed basis
