RECRUITING ASSOCIATES NETWORK ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENT HAS AN AMAZING JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR A MAINTENANCE/TECHNICAL PROFESSIONAL:

• Manage the processing of claims and also the Quality

• Work with the Field Technician and the Production Manager

• Check the conformity of the product regarding the customer specifications and the control plan

• Main contact in Quality with the manufacturing plants. Manage the relationship between foreign facilities, and the customer.

•  Analyze the claims (internal/external)

• Issue and process claims for each plant

• Communicate all quality issues or possible changes necessary to our production line with the local production manager or with the appropriate manufacturing facility.

• Rapidly develop a solution to satisfy the client’s quality control needs: analysis of the non-conformity of the concerned product and installing corrective measures in collaboration with the teams.

• Develop actions/projects in order to reduce the number of quality issues.

• Coordinate and manage sorting companies

 Reporting :

• Main contact and in charge of reporting to the division

• Quality and CI reporting / monthly basis

 Competencies:

• Foreign language skills, French/Spanish a plus

• Wine or glass industry/environment

• Quality process

• Mechanical Engineering or maintenance/bottling line knowledge and experience

• Sales negotiation (internal and external)
