Prepare to get your hands dirty in the high-stakes world of commercial wine market data. As a Business Analyst, you will be reporting, compiling, organizing and analyzing valuable sales information to provide insight on performance and market opportunities. This is truly an awesome opportunity to learn from a seasoned team and contribute in a very meaningful way.

YOU WILL LEARN TO:

• Track Distributor Sales and Account Placements
• Deliver Insightful Sales Performance Reports (Routine and Ad-Hoc)
• Develop and Maintain Pricing Grids
• Manage Pricing and Discount Allowances
• Present Sales Analyses and Actionable Recommendations

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from accredited university
• Solid analytic background
• Very strong PC computer literacy skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to be a team player
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Work with little direct supervision and make deadlines
• Must be accurate, detail oriented and possess neat work habits
• Show up every day motivated, work hard, smile and have a good time.
• Desire to be great at something. We can’t push something that doesn’t want to move.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Works out of office in Napa, California.
• May be required to work nights and/or weekends on occasion.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (case of wine).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
