Maintenance Supervisor (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Supervisor. A successful candidate must be able to multi-task, work efficiently, communicate clearly, have a high degree of attention to detail and enjoy working with a small team. You will be based at our Napa production facility.

Key responsibilities:

-Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain standard facility systems

- Design and facilitate a Preventative Maintenance plan

- Maintain equipment records and warranties

- Inventory and re-order spare parts as necessary

- Troubleshoot and repair kegging, canning and cellar equipment

- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment and systems

- Other duties, as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

- Mechanic experience mandatory

- HMI/PLC experience a plus

- Extremely detailed oriented

- Must be able to clearly speak and write in English and perform basic math

- Able to stand for long periods of time, climb stairs and ladders, and be able to lift 60 lbs

- Required to wear a harness and PPE when necessary

- High school diploma or GED required

- Consistently strong work ethic

- Team player

This position reports to our Director of Operations. Some overtime hours are required based on workflow and scheduling.
