Logistics Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Job Responsibilities:

 Manage day-to-day operations of designated trade lanes within one of our 3 operation’s departments

 Contact suppliers for ready dates

 Dispatch containers and or orders for pick up

 Book FCL Shipments

 Plan and build export wine, beer and spirits consolidation loads

 File EEI’s (AES)

 Issue B/L Instructions to steamship lines

 Ensure all shipments are billed prior to Month End Close and enter vendor estimates

 Ensure that company set KPI’s are met or exceeded within designated trade lanes

 Maintain and build relationships with customers and vendors


Requirements:

 Minimum of a High School Degree

 Strong operations background in the transportation industry

 Held similar previous role

 Strong interpersonal skills

 Ability to make game time decisions and think clear in stressful situations

 Strong financial skills

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Between $ 15 and $ 20 per hour (depending on qualification) plus benefits
