Job duties include providing help desk phone software support for our customers, assistance in the on-boarding processes for new customers, training and documentation. Candidates must have an outgoing personality, critical thinking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and must be patient when working with customers. Applicants must have at least two years customer service experience and have basic working knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory control, and accounting practices. Appreciation of the wine industry and a willingness to learn about wine technology is desirable.
