Ashes & Diamonds seeks positive, hardworking, and enthusiastic employees for harvest 2017. Scope of work involves all aspects of harvest-time cellarwork, including sanitation, fruit receiving, processing, fermentation management, pressing, and barrel work. Ideal candidates will have good attitudes, be detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to making top-quality wines. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift 50 LBS, and endure long working hours during the harvest season, which starts in mid-August and lasts until late October, with exact timing dependant on the vintage.
