CREATIVE MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are hiring a full-time Creative Marketing Coordinator to work in our Napa office.

Responsibilities: 

•  Design and develop marketing collateral including, but not limited to brochures, promotional and educational materials
•  Responsible for social media content creation, strategy and scheduling
•  Assist with print advertising design and production
•  Produce written content for newsletters, press releases and other marketing materials 
•  Design and compile presentations with PowerPoint
•  Support public relations management and media coordination
•  Assist with website copywriting and content updates as needed
•  Manage photo library and provide support for video production and editing
•  Answer phones as needed
•  Other miscellaneous projects that may arise 

Qualifications: 

•  Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, MS Office & Google Apps proficiency essential
•  Working knowledge of WordPress & experience with basic website design helpful
•  Social media experience required
•  Excellent writing skills required, from casual messaging to drafting formal press releases
•  Creative aesthetic & graphic design experience highly desirable
•  Reliable, honest, professional, energetic and a sense of humor 
•  Flexible and adaptable to change
•  Ability to multi-task and high attention to detail 
•  Forward thinker with strong problem solving skills
•  A go-getter and team player who has the ability to work¬¬¬¬ independently
•  Excellent verbal and written skills 
•  1-2 years related experience

Compensation: 

•  Salary: Depends on Experience
•  Free Flow Wines offers a competitive compensation & benefit package
•  Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday
•  Should be able to lift 60 lbs. on occasion
