We are hiring a full-time Cellar Worker/Bottling Line Operator to work in our Napa office.

Responsibilities: 

•  Support production team under supervision of the Production Manager
•  Tank, kegging line and equipment sanitation
•  Kegging line operation while adhering to SOP
•  Perform analyses on wines including FS02, DO, DCO2
•  Lab Experience a plus
•  Wine adjustments based on analyses
•  Understand sterility and handling of finished wines
•  Bulk wine management
•  Knowledge of production schedule to become self-directing
•  Wine receiving: unloading full tanks and offloading wines
•  Accurate documentation and record keeping
•  Forklift operation, maintenance and safety

Qualifications: 

•  Cellar experience preferred
•  Must be able to clearly speak and write in English and perform basic math
•  Able to stand for long periods of time, climb stairs and ladders, and be able to lift 60 lbs.
•  Required to wear a harness and PPE when necessary
•  High school diploma or GED required
•  Reliable, honest, professional, positive, energetic and a sense of humor 
•  Flexible and adaptable to change
•  Ability to multi-task, high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills 
•  Forward thinker who is efficient with strong problem solving skills
•  A go-getter and team player who has the ability to work independently
•  Thrives on working in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up environment 

Compensation: 

•  Salary: Depends on Experience
•  Free Flow Wines offers a competitive compensation & benefit package
•  Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
