Position Title: Bottling Line & Cellar Intern

Pay: Depends On Experience

 

Hours: 40 hours per week minimum. Lots of overtime during harvest!

 

Dates: Mid June to December 2013

 

Position description: This is a hands on, physically demanding job. Duties will begin with production line positions on the bottling line during July. Pre-harvest duties will include equipment maintenance, new barrel preparation, and general gear up. Once the harvest hits, duties will be very broad, including but not limited to; barrel work, filtration, tank shoveling, operating, maintaining and cleaning all crush equipment, laboratory work.  Forklift certification and some production experience is preferred, but not required.

 

Winery Description: Located in the heart of the Napa Valley, ZD Wines is a family operation employing 15 full time and multiple part time people. We produce primarily Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.
