We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to work the hours of 10 am until 2 pm 4 days per week Mon-Thurs.
You will be the personal assistant to James Cluer MW and work on a wide range of tasks related to wine education, tours, clubs, Job sites and Consulting activities.
You should have experience as the Admin Assistant to prominent Napa winery owners, be able to multi-task, be extremely reliable, detailed and efficient, and have a good level of wine knowledge.
You will work from home but come to a weekly meeting in Napa Valley.
