We are a retail wine shop looking for friendly, outgoing staff that are passionate about wine, beer, and spirits. The Front of House Team Member's primary responsibilities are to deliver a fast and friendly customer experience. This position is a Seasonal position (October to January), that has the potential to turn into a regular position for the right candidates. Front of House team members ensure customers are greeted within 10 seconds, and are assisted with any questions they have regarding their wine needs. The primary function of this role will be to help bag/box up customer orders, help customers to their cars with orders, help customers retrieve web and phone orders, check for accuracy, and help customer out to car with order. This is a part-time or full-time position. Weekend availability is mandatory.

Essential responsibilities:

- Provide great customer service -- Greet customers and acquaint new

customers with the store layout, help locate products

- Help with customer transactions- bagging and boxing up orders, carrying out to cars

- Answer phone calls and direct or respond to customer queries as appropriate.

- Retrieving special orders, web orders, phone orders, checking for accuracy, and carrying out to customer's car

- Be able to carry a case of wine (~50 lbs) repeatedly

- Be able to use a dolly and hand truck
