Under minimal supervision, position provides the analytical and technical analysis during the auditing function of labels and the case goods records which support the Federal Bonded Winery Operations Report for all bonded premises. Work is generally of a critical nature, requiring development of a broad working knowledge of federal compliance requirements.

Essential Duties:

Submits all new labels as required for TTB Federal Label Approval and ensures all final proofs submitted by Supply Chain adhere to existing approved COLA applications or International regulations
Administers integrity of COLA Document Library for all bonded premises, including exports and offsite production locations
Analyzes and maintains mandatory regulatory Batch Classification and Case Label data in SAP in support of daily bottling production
Secures all DBA additions/deletions and Fictitious Business Name additions for all bonded premises by:
Coordinating receipt of authorization letters with external customers as needed
Submitting FBNS applications with appropriate county authorities
Submitting DBA application amendments with TTB
Publishing FBNS with appropriate newspaper agencies
Submitting Proof of Publication with appropriate county authorities
Administers integrity of the UPC/SCC Matrix
Ensures integrity of Batch Classifications by auditing all MTO production orders
Ensures integrity of case goods inventory removals by auditing daily warehouse pick lists and BOL’s. Confirms accurate removal status, tax class, quantities, pricing, and other regulatory information
Compiles daily bottling blend percent’s to support the pre-bottling analysis
Maintains the following documents which support the Monthly Federal Bonded Winery Operations Report and Excise Wine Taxes:
Daily Invoice Register Removal Summary Report
Federal Daily Removal Worksheet (DRW)
Daily Inventory regulatory posting
Practices and encourages open communication and problem solving skills which cultivate a high level of team interaction

Non-Essential Duties:

Maintains Federal source documents by attaching invoices to appropriate back-up, scanning all documents, uploading them to SAP, and filing them
Maintains Federal end of month source documents - cased
Administers Case goods Record Retention
Assists with special projects as needed
Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:

2 years college, or 4 to 5 years’ experience in Compliance, or process auditing, preferably within the wine industry
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word). Proficient in desktop applications (MS preferred)
Strong analytical skills. Works effectively with numbers, spreadsheets and details
Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation
