Babcock Winery & Vineyards located in the beautiful Sta. Rita Hills appellation is looking for a dynamic sales associate to join our crew. The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently as well as within a team environment, have excellent customer service skills, have a knack for building formidable sales, and a talent to inspire and create a fun, informative and entertaining guest experience.  Candidate should have a solid background in retail, strong work ethic with a positive attitude, and the ability to follow directions well with minimal supervision.  Wine and/or food service experience a plus.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, able to lift up to 50 pounds and a willingness to work weekends and most holidays.

This position can lead to full time for the right person.
