Production Manager/ Winemaker (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

Lodi Winery is looking for a Production Manager/ Winemaker to join our team. The Production Manager/ Winemaker will oversee our rapidly growing brands, our full service wine to bottle programs.

Job Responsibilities:
•  Manage day to day operations of very fast-paced work environment. 
•  Lead and mentor our cellar team.
•  Execute and manage all work orders.
•  Manage inventory and maintenance of all equipment and materials.
•  Ensures all bottling production standards, policies and procedures are evaluated and executed consistently between each bottling. 

Qualifications:
•  Positive and team-oriented attitude required. 
•  Ability to plan and execute cellar work flow and long-term goals.
•  Excellent management skills of small and larger teams. 
•  Strong communication and organizational skills.
•  Ability to train personnel in all winemaking procedures.

Experience Requirements:

•  Minimum two years of experience managing teams.
•  Expert-level forklift driving experience in a cellar environment is a must.
•  Running and maintaining bottling line.

Physical Requirements:
•  Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
•  Ability to work extended hours as needed.

Salary range based on experience.
