POSITION SUMMARY

Are you a high school or college student looking for a part time job? The Tasting Rooms at Murrieta's Well and Wente Vineyards currently have openings for part time Tasting Room Helpers. Tasting Room Helpers are responsible for providing an exceptionally high level of customer service. They typically work in a “back of house” role assisting Wine Ambassadors with stocking wine and inventory, replenishing wine glasses and assisting guests in transporting their wine purchases to their vehicle. Tasting Room Helpers assist with event execution, set up and tear down and are vital to the successful operation of our tasting rooms. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

• A positive attitude and warm and welcoming demeanor
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills 
• Comfortable with interacting with guests
• Ability to professionally represent the Company when in contact with guests and vendors
• Team focused and detail oriented
• Guest focused with the ability to provide exceptional, high-touch customer service at all times
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and spend long periods of time walking and standing
• Weekend availability is essential.
