Inside Sales Associate

Description

This dynamic position requires a self-starter who can wear a variety of hats. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years Wine Industry experience along with Inside Sales, Internet and Social Media, keen attention to detail and be able to multi task and do what is needed to get the job done.

Job Duties

•  Telesales and customer service relating to inclub, our subscription product as well as our other properties. Identify top clients to provide outreach for increased sales and wine club selection and development

•  Work with Marketing team to write and launch targeted offers on social media and via email

•  Write product reviews informing clients and the invino creative team about what makes each wine special

•  Taste and help select products to be merchandised on the website according to the invino model

•  Log and track contact database using CRM software

•  Merchandise product flow to maximize sales opportunities

•  Coordinate and manage deliveries and pick up of product from vendors

•  Coordinate and manage purchase orders to vendors and approve payables

•  Product research

Desired Qualifications

•  2+ years Wine Industry experience

•  Solid Wine knowledge of Domestic and Import wines

•  Wine Inside Sales experience

•  Internet background required; Social Media and Email Marketing a plus

•  Good working knowledge of MS Office

•  Must demonstrate superior client service skills

•  Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment, and meet sales goals

•  Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail

•  Demonstrated ability to close

•  Follows industry news and market trends

•  Creative and strategic thinking abilities

•  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, staff and vendors daily

•  Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven atmosphere

•  Customer Service and CRM experience
