Korbel Champagne Cellars seeks Maintenance Operations Planner to be the liaison for repair requests and scheduling outside contractors for a variety of planned, emergency and preventative repairs and services throughout the company. In addition, this person is responsible to the Maintenance Manager for the efficient and effective use of planning and scheduling all resources to conduct maintenance activities which result in minimum downtime and maximum productivity. This position ensures the accurate and timely flow of information and documents supporting the Maintenance Department and its personnel.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in JD Edwards and Kronos operating systems a plus.
2. Knowledge of winery equipment helpful.
3. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize with excellent follow-up skills.
4. Ability to perform work with accuracy in fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
6. Ability to use discretion, good judgment and tact when dealing with confidential information.
7. Ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision.
8. Work well under pressure.
9. Responsible and dependable.
This position requires a minimum of five years’ experience in administrative and scheduling duties, preferably in a winery or manufacturing environment. A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Valid driver’s license is required. This position works Monday through Friday, 7-3:30 p.m.
