Candidate must be flexible to work overtime and up to 6 days a week. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Wine/must/juice sampling, wine/must/juice chemical analysis, record keeping, weigh master, monitoring of fermentations in tanks, yeasting, nutrient additions, and contributing to a clean and safe work environment. Data entry and spreadsheet management are a part of this job, so great computer skills are required.

Candidates must have the ability to work outside in all weather conditions, lift 50lbs, bend, stoop, pull, push and stand for long periods of time. Candidate must have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Position starts mid August and could last through November, possibly longer.

Entry Level Cellar:
Previous experience is preferred but will train the right person. The work is typical cellar work with pumpovers, pressing, crushing, digging out fermentors, barrel work, shipping, racking and cleaning. Must be able to follow instructions, a self starter and work well in a team environment.

Experienced Cellar/Forklift Driver:
Previous cellar and forklift experience is required. The work is varied and includes grape receiving, pressing, dig outs, pumpovers, shipping, racking, barrel work, forklift (experience driving barrels a plus) and cleaning. Depending on the season, the positions will start in Aug/ September and could last thru November.
