Join the Coppola Companies this Harvest Season as an entry-level or experienced cellar worker, lab tech or grape sampler.
We are a premium winery located in the Alexander Valley. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to be involved in various crush activities while working with a highly motivated and dynamic production team. As a cellar worker, you will be a central part of our wine making team performing various work assignments to include: racking, pumping, clarifying and blending of juice and wine; Operate and care for filters, pumps, presses, hoses and other cellar equipment; handle shipping and receiving of everything from cases of wine to tanker trucks; perform sanitation of cellar equipment including casks and tanks; check temperature of tanks during fermentation, stabilization and storage.
Our winery operates 24 hours a day (3 x 8 hour shifts) year round. During harvest we may operate 7 days per week. Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the 3 shifts and will be expected to be available during their scheduled work days during the harvest period from the middle of August through the beginning of November.

Work Environment: Cellar positions may be required to work on any shift (day, swing, or graveyard) for given periods of time. The work in this position occurs in an environment that can be wet or dry, cold or warm, indoors or outdoors. Cellar positions may fill in on occasion on the bottling line, which is a noisy environment.
Other: Valid driver’s license is needed to be able to drive company vehicles off of the property.
