Premier French Cooperage with operations in France and the USA is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Cloverdale, California as Sales Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of the wine industry as well as applicable skill set and work experience to enable excellent execution of the job description below. Candidates with fluency in French preferred but not required.
• Computer Proficiency – strong knowledge of Excel and other Office Suite programs necessary.
• Database Management (experience with CRM Systems including SalesForce & FinancialForce) –
The administrator will be in charge of keeping current our sales and client database utilizing the
SalesForce/FinancialForce platform.
• Order Processing – this position will be following up to ensure that all of our clients receive
purchase order confirmations and that any special requests are communicated with our offices
in France.
• Inventory Management – responsible for monitoring inventory and keeping our sales team up to
date with changes in our current daily inventory at each USA warehouse.
• Logistics – able to manage incoming products from France to various warehouse locations in the
USA
• Delivery Management – able to work closely with our trucking partners to ensure smooth on
time deliveries to our clients throughout the USA.
• Customer Service – ability to talk with a diverse set of clients to ensure a positive client
relationship regarding orders, deliveries, repair services, and invoicing.
• Writing Skills – ability to compose written communication with clients and team members in a
proficient and professional manner.
• Invoicing/Accounts Receivables – this person will work closely with our office in France to
ensure that our clients receive proper invoicing as well as following up with clients for accounts
receivables including processing of Credit Card payments.
• Production Scheduling – This position will coordinate with our office in France and our sales
team regarding production and shipping schedules.
• Sales Team Support – Office support for our USA based sales team.
Time management skills and the ability to work with a range of personalities in a positive and timely manner is critical to this position.
This position will require additional effort at certain times of the year when our sales and delivery periods are heaviest.

Bachelors Degree
5+ Years Experience in Sales Administration or other related field a plus.
French and Spanish language skills a plus.
