Bottling Line Mechanic (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

• Performs maintenance and repairs on Bottling line equipment, brewery equipment, including complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Conducts daily rounds through the facility to check for needed repairs.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment. 
• Maintains good communication with team members to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of processes.
• Installs and modifies new and used equipment. 
• Performs other work duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of the following:  Bottling/ Brewery Equipment, Electrical, Welding, Automation controls, Equipment mechanic, and HVAC
• Experience performing mechanical, electrical and industrial repairs and maintenance. Preferably on bottling line.
• Adept at troubleshooting and machine issues.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (a must).
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a busy environment individually and as part of a team.
• Must work quickly and accurately, and pay attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and solid work ethic.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
