Three Wine Company is located at the Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg, CA, just South of Sacramento. Our small winemaking team consists of the owner, who has 30 years winemaking experience, the production enologist/ assistant winemaker, and the cellar master. You will gain valuable, hands-on experience as you help us produce great wine!
We are looking for a part time intern to join our team! Tasks will include SO2 analysis, pH and TA analysis, barrel topping, making additions during harvest, assisting during crushing, pump-overs, analysis on vineyard samples and juice, and helping with other lab and cellar work as needed. Your ideas and suggestions are welcome.
The start date will be May to July. The hours will vary from 5 to 15 hours per week outside of harvest and will increase to up to 40 hours per week during harvest (about August to November). We are very flexible and can accommodate your class schedule.
