Bernardus Winery, in Carmel Valley, California is seeking an entry-level winery apprentice to assist in all facets of wine production for the 2012 harvest. The position requires intelligence, attention to detail, a positive attitude and a willingness to get dirty. Candidates should have a passion for wine and be in good physical condition as the position can be very demanding. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Applicants must be Monterey County residents and/or have plans to move to the area. This is an opportunity to acquire intensive training where you will learn traditional and innovative winemaking methods in a fun, energetic and quality-driven environment.
