DTC Sales Associate (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Chateau Montelena Winery is currently seeking a motivated professional to join our CellarMaster Wine Club sales team. This position is in the Wine Club Department and will report to the DTC Operations Manager. The individual in this role will exhibit exemplary customer service to Chateau Montelena Winery customers through phone, email, CellarMaster Tastings and occasional winery events. The desired candidate will have a passion for wine, a track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills, be comfortable presenting and hosting members for upscale tastings and events, and possess a robust attention to detail including prompt follow up to customers and coworkers. A heavy amount of engagement will be required both internally and externally, as will a friendly and professional demeanor. Ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written – as well as a high level of proficiency with a variety of computer and web-based programs.
