Small family owned and operated biodynamic vineyard estate winery seeks team member. This is your opportunity work with one of California's premier biodynamic/organic estate wineries and to learn all aspects of the business in a fun, warm and creative environment.
Position requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent. This is a paid entry level position with strong potential for rapid advancement for the right candidate.
Attributes: self motivated, demand pride in your work, have an eagerness and ability to perform a wide variety of functions from clerical and administrative to sales and marketing, ability to thrive in a busy dynamic atmosphere. Must be a people person - but also able to work independently.
Skills: Strong grasp of social media, Outlook, Excel, strong computer skills, excellent communications skills.
Experience: Winery, tasting room, restaurant experience or wine-related education preferred. However, wine knowledge not as important as basic skills, eagerness to work hard and follow through to achieve goals and a passion for learning.
Reports directly to winery owners. Some travel (within California) required. Must be able to lift 60 lbs, have clean driving record. Weekends and holidays a must.
