The Bottling Line manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the bottling department including efficiency, productivity and safety of all operation on the Bottling line.
· Lead, manage and mentor employees for career growth
· Evaluates, anticipates and coordinates staffing on the floor
· Ensures efficient operations with limited overtime
· Completes Bill of Materials by adding bulk wine item numbers
· Oversees routine preventative maintenance on all equipment with required back up documentation
· Coordinates outside services to fix broken equipment
· Provides training, evaluations and motivates employees
· Develops and maintains master sanitation schedule
· Monitors and approves employees’ timecards
· Collaborates with Client Services on changes to bottling schedules
· Provides necessary information for daily bottling meetings such as final bottling numbers by project from previous day shifts
· Manages directly and indirectly second and third shifts
· Routinely makes presence on the bottling line floor to ensure efficiency and management guidance
· Bottling line room to be organized, clean and well kept.
Applicants should have 3-5 years as a Lead Operator/Maintainer experience on a high-speed line. Preferred experience in writing/maintaining SOPs and ISO 9001 systems. Confident in use of MS Office software and business communications.
