Entrepreneur Wines (http://entrepreneurwines.com) is a unique wine experience with a "purpose." Small lot, and highest-caliber Cabernet and Chardonnay vintages have been created in Napa for us by experienced wine makers with access to the most exclusive properties in Napa and Sonoma. We host events at unique locations throughout Northern California. Each event features a social entrepreneur who is making impact on the world, wine tasting and social connections. We pride ourselves at being at the intersection of Wine and Social Impact. The winery has gotten off to a great start, with many new members and excellent customer feedback on the quality of the product -- and is ready to enter its "growth" phase.

Founder, Randy Haykin (http://haykin.net) brings a unique experience of 25 years in Silicon Valley as a serial entrepreneur, investor and mentor...as well as professor at UC Berkeley. The Marketing & Events Coordinator will report directly to Randy.

Responsibilities for this role include:
- develop the Entrepreneur brand among high-end wine connoisseurs and Silicon Valley couples
- design/perfect a marketing approach that incorporates wine, social entrepreneurship and giving back
- set up a series of unique events targeting our target buyer/market
- design, manage and grow a customer database (using "Volusion.com" e-commerce/marketing system)
- social media management to drive customer database and event attendance
- email marketing (newsletter and direct emails) to drive attendance and purchase
- manage/grow existing website to create a community and sell additional product
- set up events with 3rd parties, manager/plan events, assist day-of events
- manage individual responsible for sales administration, management and fulfillment of customer orders

The ideal candidate will have:
- a bachelor and/or MBA degree and experience in retail, high-end marketing, loyalty marketing
- experience in the wine industry and/or work with high net worth population/buyers 
- interest and excitement for wine and/or social/impact
- weekend and evening availability (most events will be weekend/evening) 
- located in Silicon Valley, Napa or Sonoma (and ability to easily travel to all 3 locales)

This position starts off as Part-time but can build into a full-time role in future. Candidate can work from anywhere within Bay Area, as long as they are available to work at occasional evening and weekend events in Bay Area when planned.
