We currently are seeking a top-notch Managers for Full-time salaried and hourly positions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interacting with guests in order to develop meaningful relationships and maintain a neighborhood following.

• Motivating all FOH employees to maintain a high standard of service on the floor.

• Participating in both initial and ongoing FOH employee training.

• Leading by example, setting the bar for both pace and quality of workmanship through your own excellent work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of F&B Management experience in a high volume restaurant preferred but not required. Service and bar experience is also preferred.

• Strong financial skills and the ability to analyze financial statements and modify operations to meet financial goals

• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Restaurant POS

• Strong verbal and writing skills

• Open availability, including days, nights and weekends
